Class: Principles of PR
Professor: Mark Beal
Assignment: Create a Press Release and use creative writing to build a campaign around the chosen brand/activation choice.
Process: The brand I chose was Zenni and the purpose of the campaign was to activate a campaign around the New York Fashion Week. I activated the campaign in numerous ways and decided to rely on creating a hybrid event. I activated some of the campaigns around blindness prevention to create a more purposeful campaign but also included NFT’s in the campaign to stay relevant with modern technology. Both of these ideas had some foundation as Zenni had worked with a non profit called blindness prevention and in 2021 one of the NYFW designers used NFT’s to promote her clothing line.
